You may have noticed that we are called 'Cumbria' construction but we are based in 'Cambria' so whats the story? Well Cumbria's owner and master stone mason Chris Crawford was born and grew up in a town called Kendal in a county in England called 'Cumbria'. |  | ||||||||||||
It was in Cumbria Chris learnt his trade in an area famous for its beauty of landscape and stone work. Many years later when Chris arrived in America he heard of a small town called 'Cambria' and decided to check it out. He came for a visit, fell in love with the people and the town and has been here ever since. | |||||||||||||

The business still has connections to 'Cumbria' and with the arrival of new General Manager Gareth Kelly also from 'Cumbria' the connection remains strong. The name and logo which is the 'Coat of Arms' of Cumbria has always proved a talking point with locals in 'Cambria'. | |||||||||||||
